Lloyd came back for his second Peak Power Shred after having some time off due to lockdowns and lack of structure. He came, he saw and he conquered! 6 weeks work for some amazing results!
Really enjoyed my second shred, great way to get back into a fitness routine after losing it through the lockdowns/working from home. Classes were tough, but good fun, with loads of equipment and exercises. Couldn’t be happier with my results and would highly recommend Alex and Peak Power to anyone.

Katie came to me over 12 months ago wanting to get stronger and improve her fitness level after all the lockdowns we’d had. She almost threw up on the first session but ended up 12 months later pushing triple figures on the leg press! She’s been incredibly dedicated and hit calorie/macro targets on the daily which has given her these amazing results.

Starting PT has made a massive difference for me mentally and physically. Its given me such a better relationship with exercise and food, and also the knowledge and confidence to go to the gym by myself between sessions. Peak Power has been so friendly and welcoming since day one and the difference in my mindset and strength from a year ago is huge, and I don't think I would have made half of the progress I have without the lovely people there!

Beth has been training with me now since July 21. Before then she struggled to maintain a healthy weight. She lacked confidence within the gym and knowledge to stop fluctuating. She has worked hard and stayed consistent in her diet and exercise regime. She now has the confidence to train solo as well as having PT. Her results show this growth!

Joshua Bannister
Josh signed up to the Peak Power Shred after it being recommended by Mike a friend and a long standing member of Peak Power. I could see Josh had the fire but lack the confidence and belief in himself. I knew he'd smash the Shred, and he did, but the real magic I saw was when we began to lift weights. He had the strength but again lacked the confidence. After pushing him and with his confidence improving each session he now walks into any session with the confidence and belief he can smash it!
Before starting on the peak Power shred in September 2021, I had never been into the gym. Despite leading an active lifestyle —playing sports, managing a hectic work life, running around after three kids — age, diet and not having “the time” all contributed to my weight reaching its heaviest and the constant feeling of sluggishness.
A few of my friends had previously done Peak Power Shred classes and highly recommended it — whilst also betting that I would never be able to complete the course.
10 months later and I have never looked back, having now completed four Shreds back to back and losing 2 stone along the way. It has changed how I live my life, making me find a way to implement a fitness routine and discipline my diet whilst also being able to enjoy myself.
My body shape has totally transformed and there is an unrecognisable change to my energy levels.
This wouldn’t have been possible without Alex’s support, PT sessions and Shred classes.
It’s a real family and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight, gain muscle or improve fitness. Thank you, Alex!

Ela Greatorex
Ela came in for a chat whilst heavily pregnant, wanting to get a plan in place for when she was ready to get back to training. We started with PT and built her strength up whilst she waited for the next Peak Power Shred to start. She's been smashing PT sessions and Shreds as well as having 4 kids and a highly stressful job, proving balance is key. Ela is a true testament to consistency, no matter what she get training in when she can knowing that 1 session is better than none.
As I prepared to have my forth child, and having moved to a totally new area I looked for that perfect place that would welcome my broken, tired and unhealthy body. I walked into Peak Power 8.5 months pregnant. Booked into PT sessions where Alex knew exactly what my body was capable of doing and achieving at that point after giving birth.
Fast forward 3 years, I've completed numerous Peak Power Shreds and have lost a load of weight, I am stronger but most importantly I have a community at Peak Power Gym who welcome me with my injuries, abilities and push me to my limits to keep my mental health on track.

Michael Townsend
Mike is a good friend and an inspiration for what he has achieved over the past few months. He'd always been in and out the gym but as soon as he completed the first Peak Power Shred a fire was ignited! His work ethic is second to none and after loosing all the weight he wanted he's now enjoying eating more and training harder.
We've adapted his HIIT sessions into full blown strength sessions as well as resistance training he keeps up with his cardio covering all bases and thriving!
This was the 5th shred that I have completed consecutively. This time we did it differently, upping my calories and focusing more on strength. The shred isn’t just about losing weight, Alex will adapt to your needs and help you improve and grow accordingly. I honestly couldn’t recommend the shred enough. It’s changed my attitude to fitness and I am now the strongest and fittest that I have every been. I am about to do a 6th shred to keep pushing myself to reach levels I never thought were attainable.

Rachel Stansfield
Rachel has been a long standing member of the gym, utilising classes until she joined the Peak Power Shred. After her first Shred and seeing how much she can achieve she's pushed on to her 4th one as well as now lifting weights with her training partner Lindsey.
These past 12 weeks I've worked hard, eaten well and learnt I can loose weight without starving myself.
I've pushed myself hard but I've loved every minute. Training with my favourite Lindsey Eccles and of course Peak Power Gym thank you as always.

Emrys like many others lacked the confidence and knowledge to drop the weight he wanted to when he first came. After his first Peak Power Shred he's continued on to set new goals after smashing his first ones!
This was my second Peak Power Shred after enjoying the first one so much! I thought this time around that my progress may suffer a little bit but not at all! My results were amazing and I feel fitter than ever! It was an amazing group to be in and thank you so much as always Alex for pushing us to our limits in every session!

Jade came in to the gym after giving birth to her son teddy. She wanted to get fitter and healthier so we chatted and she signed up to the Peak Power Shred. She has been committed and dedicated to achieving her goals and she continues to smash the Shreds as well as PT.
I started the Peak Power Shred 10 weeks after having my second baby. I was majorly unfit and had no idea where to start to begin shifting the remainder of my baby weight. The shred was exactly what I needed, I’ve dropped two jean sizes and I can’t believe how much fitter I am in such a short space of time. The classes are challenging, but also a great laugh and Alex is really motivating! I actually miss the shred classes already and will defo be doing it again. Thanks you!

Dean Smith
Dean came to us lacking in confidence and direction, we decided his best option was to start the Peak Power Shred.
Upon finishing the first 6 week course, Dean went on to complete a further 3 more Shreds, enjoying the bridge the course gives you between 1-1 PT and normal gym classes.
This last 6 weeks has been the most difficult yet! And I have loved every minute of it! You’ve made it possible for me to be able to do things I never had the ability to before! You and the family aspect of Peak Power have allowed me to feel so much happier not just in my body but my mind too! I honestly feel so lucky to be apart of such a great group of people and can't wait for the next one to start!
