SHRED LITE

6 WEEK - AT HOME CHALLENGE

We've designed the perfect ONLINE shred for you guys to challenge yourself!

 

This is for people who need a plan with structure and accountability  with the flexibility to do it from home.

 

All the sessions are planned and recorded for you, an account page to log your progress and keep you accountable.

6 weeks - 3 sessions a week totalling 18 videos! Starting with week 1 easy, getting progressively harder to match your increase in strength & fitness.

​

We want to make the 6 week shred accessible to everyone, whether that's in house with us or at home.  

This really is a great challenge to kickstart or continue your fitness journey!

YOU CAN START THIS AT ANY TIME THAT SUITS YOU!

Designed to instill structure and accoutability in your life, to help you achieve whatever goals you have!

WHAT THE SHRED LITE CONSISTS OF

The shred consists of three fixed sessions a week with your group and a forth session to be completed on your own (e.g. a run, swim or an extra gym session). this is the minimum requirement. Workout videos will be available to help get your extra session in, as well as a full gym membership with access to all other classes.

Any additional exercise will help progress you further toward your goals.

As well as the training sessions, you will have your calories & macros worked out plus meal ideas given to you. You will also have cooking and nutrition advice for further help through an online support group. You will have weekly weigh ins, which help us to keep track of your progress and allow for any adjustments.

The sessions will take place the evenings on weekdays and on Saturday morning.

​The 6 weeks is used to help find what works for you and what you can implement to help achieve a healthier lifestyle. We’ll look at everything from what you’re eating, to your general activity level throughout the day. Our aim is to support you as much as you need so you can finish with the knowledge to push on towards your long term fitness goals. Each person gets the help and support they need whatever that may be.
